What is the opening and closing hours?

Retail stores are open on Monday to Friday 10 AM to 10 PM and Saturday & Sunday 10 AM to 11 PM. Restaurant & Cafes are open on Monday to Friday 10 AM to 11 PM and Saturday & Sunday 10 AM to 12 AM. Please note that timings are subject to change during public holidays.

How can I avail of free parking?

Visitors receive free parking for the first hour of their visit. Every additional hour after will be charged at AED 20. Alternatively, if you spend a minimum of AED 50 at any one of the participating restaurants, retail, wellness or entertainment options at City Walk, you can validate your parking for the first three hours – making it absolutely free. At The Boulevard in City Walk, visitors to receive free parking for the 30 minutes of their visit. Every additional hour after will be charged at AED 20 Alternatively, if you spend a minimum of AED 50 at any one of the participating restaurants, retail, wellness or entertainment options, you can validate your parking for the first three hours – making it absolutely free.

Can I use the bills from my spend at carts/vans/kiosks?

In order to validate your parking token, you cannot use the bills from your spend at carts, vans or kiosks across City Walk.

After token validation, when can I leave the parking? (time frame)

After the parking validation period ends, there is no additional grace period for customers, and charges will apply immediately.

Can I pay cash or card for my parking and where do I make the payment?

The Parking Pay Machines in the basement at City Walk accept cash up to AED 200 and cards.The Parking Pay Machines at The Boulevard in City Walk only accept cash.

Do the Parking Pay machines give back change?

Yes, the parking pay machines provide change.
